Warden Epps RP (Following 1st Anniversary Show)

(Parking lot behind the Cobb County Civic Center after the APEX 1st Anniversary Show.)

Warden Epps:              I made it my goal, that in the new APEX, I would establish myself as the top competitor in the ACRO Division. I will be the guy that carries this division for years to come. Now, tonight wasn’t exactly a huge step in that direction I admit that. I take nothing away from Emerald Dragon, he came out on top tonight, but I can’t help but point out the fact that I didn’t get beat. I lost the match sure, but my only fault was I wasn’t fast enough to get to Dragon before he made Andres Valiente tap out to the Dragon Lock. I didn’t tap out. I didn’t get my shoulders pinned to the mat. I didn’t get DQ’d or counted out, I didn’t get beat!
Now far be it from me to second guess the “higher ups”, I mean I certainly understand why our match was a three way dance; we are the three best in the division, the triumvirate if you will. It makes since to book us in that match, but I don’t think it’s quite the best way to determine which one of us is the better wrestler, which is what it is all about right?
That is why I propose a one night round robin tournament. Each man faces each man, one on one, no stips, no excuses. It is as fair as it gets. I challenge you, Mr. Farrelly, to make this happen. If Andres and Dragon are the type of competitors I now they are they will have no problems with accepting my challenge. This would be the best way to determine once and for all who the best in the ACRO Division is and the best way for me to step up and take my rightful place as the top athlete in all of APEX.
